Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Indieinnovator, we strive to provide exceptional domain registration and hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
a. Refundable Services:
- Shared Hosting Plans: Eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase.
- Reseller Hosting Plans: Eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase.
b. Non-Refundable Services:
- VPS Hosting (Linux, Windows, cPanel): Due to the nature of virtual private servers, these services are non-refundable.
- Managed Cloud Services (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr): Customized cloud solutions are non-refundable.
- Dedicated Servers (Linux, Windows): Dedicated server services are non-refundable.
- Domain Services: This includes domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees.
- SSL Certificates: Once issued, SSL certificates are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Services: Services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and other third-party offerings are non-refundable.
3. Refund Conditions
- Money-Back Guarantee: A 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to annual, biennial, or triennial plans of eligible services.
- Excluded Plans: Monthly and quarterly plans do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Free Domain with Hosting: If a hosting plan includes a free domain and you request a refund, the standard domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Cancellation Process
- Submission: To initiate a cancellation, log in to the client area and submit a cancellation request.
- Support Ticket: After submitting the cancellation request, open a support ticket with our billing team to process the refund.
- Timeframe: Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
5. Refund Processing
- Review: Our billing team will review your request to ensure compliance with our policies.
- Method: Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer for customers in India, and via PayPal for international customers.
- Duration: The refund process typically takes 7–10 working days from the date of the cancellation request.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Policy Violations: No refund will be provided if there is a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Abusive Behavior: Abusive behavior towards our team through any communication channel will result in account suspension without refund.
- Service Misuse: Activities such as copyright infringement, phishing, trademark violations, spam, or bulk emailing will lead to service termination without refund.
- Post-Renewal Cancellations: Services canceled after renewal are not eligible for a refund.
- Code-Level Issues: Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from website or application code.
