Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through various online channels. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, display advertising, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. - Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic. - Social Media Marketing:
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), create engaging content, and develop strategies to grow followers and engagement. - Paid Advertising (PPC/SEM):
Design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to increase conversion rates and ROI. - Email Marketing:
Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers, to engage and nurture leads. - Content Creation & Strategy:
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms. - Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms. Use data to optimize and refine campaigns for better results. - Website Management & Optimization:
Work with the web development team to ensure the website is user-friendly, optimized for conversions, and aligned with marketing objectives. - Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, new tools, and best practices. Research and analyze competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. - Collaboration & Communication:
Work cross-functionally with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation and email platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Marketo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
- Familiarity with video marketing and content creation tools.
